Customer Service Excellence - Ronwyn Sales & LG Electronics
I contacted LG for assistance with repairing my washing machine. I chatted to 2 LG consultants (Patricia and Rueben) via WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger. They were both efficient and helpful. I was so impressed with how quickly they picked up my call and arranged for a technician to assist me. The morning after I liaised with the LG consultants, I received a call from Chris V from Ronwyn Sales. He very quickly determined that the sensor needed to be replaced. I really appreciated that he wore his mask and constantly sanitised his hands. He was professional, courteous, friendly and definitely an expert in his field. He also assisted me with adjusting the legs on my washing machine so that is was level on the ground. It had been rocking back and forth which was noisy and made the machine move out of place during the washing cycle. He offered to do that and also cleaned up which I didn't expect. Going above and beyond in this way is what I call customer service excellence. Thank you Chris and LG Electronics!

LG Ronwyn Sales
My dishwasher handle gave in , I looked at Hello Peter for different suppliers and their service record, I could find no supplier that did not have issues. I then decided to use LG and not suppliers that were not LG accredited. We were then contacted by Chris from Ronwyn Sales before the stipulated time period, Chris communicated with me as to the time he would be at the residence and what the possible costs would be, Chris turned up on time, repaired the machine and gave me advice on the machine status. I found Chris to be an individual who goes the extra mile, and will definitely use Ronwyn sales going forward, WELL DONE CHRIS.
