No rights on Children Maintenance

so disgusted in this court, i was refereed to it as one of the best, but more best at doing nothing just eating Tax payers money. i have been waiting since Oct 2023 for my case as i requested an investigation to be done on the father of my child as maintenance is a Joke and the arrears are just being left. how should one educate our children on the law if yet the law is a dam Joke. women and CHILDREN rights are not being met.
