I have blocked so many numbers from this company an absolute pain in the Ass for sure. Stop calling and dropping the call.
Absolutely disgusting service from this company. we pay for a inverter just for it to fail on us, struggle to get someone out to come and look why its just not coming on. 3 weeks later and no update or a simple call. what kind of a company is this. you have to pull feedback out of them. i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. takes your money and just doesn't care weather the client is happy or not.
2nd called for the day and i will now be reporting this place for harassment. get an end.

I must say, this bank doesn't seem to communicate in writing always a call. when people have jobs, they can't just answer calls. i have sent emails to every email address i can find. attached is child maintenance documentation to support my payments to my credit card. but it's not been acknowledged.
I am not sure if I missed any communication from Discovery regarding my credit card, i have kept to my agreement in ensuring that the arrears are paid up every month and that from this month onwards the fees and Min amount gets paid. your app is not very user friendly as i have gone searching for communication on there. On Friday the 24th I made a payment of R1000, R200 of that was for the fees and to cover the min amount. I would kindly like to request all my call recordings done last year. I have emailed you guys a million times and attached documentation regarding Child Maintenance. you have now gone and locked my card without any communication. I would also advise that you phone from numbers that state who's calling as I am getting calls regarding insurance and I can prove it. i would appreciate some form of written comunication from you.
Good day, I am getting a bit annoyed with your collections department. i called in last year July and made an arrangement on my account. i have kept to the agreement every month. i got an email last week and the amount has all of a sudden changed from what it was and as per the arrangement. i then called in last week and asked that there be a note on the system for the 27th as per my banking app min payment by. so, I keep getting calls this is arrangement for such a little amount is insane. I want my call recording as i am in full right to request it.

WHAT A PAIN!!! so you people get paid to irritate a person from 7am . no point in answering your calls if you people sit and drop calls all day. i also want a job there. easy pay to any people. my card is being paid and i will not talk to anyone of you. speak to discovery call and drop there calls. stop harassing people .
