Beyond expectation

Our roof tiles began to crumble and filled our ceiling space with flakes and pieces of roof tile. Once we had reroofed we got Roof Rats in to clean up the ceiling space. It took them 2 days to remove countless black bags of tile dust and 18-year-old "Think Pink" insulation. They then re-laid new insulation. I am very happy with the result. The ceiling space now looks like a well made bed with insulation neatly tucked between every rafter and under wiring etc. This was good enough but where they exceeded my expectation was that they went out of their way to assist. They offered to fix broken eave planking, replace the geyser blanket which had disintegrated, and they even took some of our garden refuse to the dump on their way home. A very good experience.
