Our roof tiles began to crumble and filled our ceiling space with flakes and pieces of roof tile. Once we had reroofed we got Roof Rats in to clean up the ceiling space. It took them 2 days to remove countless black bags of tile dust and 18-year-old "Think Pink" insulation. They then re-laid new insulation. I am very happy with the result. The ceiling space now looks like a well made bed with insulation neatly tucked between every rafter and under wiring etc. This was good enough but where they exceeded my expectation was that they went out of their way to assist. They offered to fix broken eave planking, replace the geyser blanket which had disintegrated, and they even took some of our garden refuse to the dump on their way home. A very good experience. I bought a used Macbook pro from Macshack. Their service was excellent and it arrived in a foam lined box with new charger and magsafe cable. Labels next to the keyboard gave warranty and login info. Very impressed. I'll use them again.

I have a built in Smeg microwave oven under warranty that cost over R10k. I cannot use it as the control panel freezes intermittently. I have had the panel replaced twice and faults persist. Model number is MFI 120 N2. I have requested a replacement or refund. Smeg not willing to listen. I'll avoid Smeg products in future as customer service is dire.
I booked a household move with 4Cities and paid the amount requested. The company repeatedly postponed collection (more than 4 times) and I cancelled the contract. They invoked their 30 day payment clause and promised payment 1 month later. Even then payment was never made in spite of repeated promises from Elise. To date I have not managed to get my money back and 4Cities no longer respond to my lawyer's letters of demand. I wonder if they actually have any removal vans and staff - their modus operandi seems to be to postpone repeatedly until the customer cancels and then delay payment.
