I’m extremely disappointed with the poor service from Roos Garage Doors, especially the lack of support from one of the staff members.
We purchased three garage doors earlier this year, and within just three months, one remote stopped working. Although a staff member replaced the battery, it failed again soon after. As of 11 October 2025, a second remote has also stopped working, leaving us with none that function.
Despite repeated reports, we were told to “just buy new batteries,” which clearly isn’t the issue. This lack of proper support and failure to address the root cause is unacceptable for a premium product.
They lack accountability as they its someone or its due to something, its never them - so extremely disappointed.
