Roots grill has the worst customer service

I am extremely disappointed in roots grill thabong shopping centre sebokeng customer service. I bought pap and chicken liver whilst eating I saw a green fly in my food immediately and took the food and show them to the person whom I thought was in charge on the day. All he did was give me the value of what was left in the plate he didn't apologize yet he saw the fly in my food.
