I bought a grilled chicken from Roots Butchery today and when I opened it, I discovered it was rotten and not fit for consumption. This is unacceptable, especially for a food product that should be safe and fresh.

Selling spoiled food is a serious health risk and shows poor quality control. I am very disappointed with this experience and urge Roots Butchery to improve their standards and ensure customers are not sold unsafe food.
