On the 8th of December, we arrived at our booked accommodation at The Vantage in Rosebank, for which we paid on the 6th of November. Our booking with Rosch Inc Properties clearly stated the address as The Vantage. Upon arrival, we discovered that we were not booked in. As my phone is not set on roaming, I had not received any messages. When the very kind receptionist at The Vantage called the number on the confirmation email, we discovered that we were booked in at The Bolton. We arrived at the Bolton to find a disgusting apartment without a balcony, a safe, underground parking, a dinner table, a comfortable bed, or a tumble dryer - all things that we had been promised in the booking. The photos on the website are of The Vantage (we stayed there last year), not The Bolton, where we have been forced to stay. The shower drain is blocked and overflows. The apartment smells bad. Overall, the entire situation is fraudulent, to say the very least. The bed is only accessible by stairs, which is difficult for my husband. We would never have booked to stay in The Bolton. We have been in contact with both Booking.com and Rosch Inc. Properties. After six frustrating days, we still have no resolution. We paid a huge amount of money for this booking. No one gets back to us. Please do not book with #booking.com or #roschincproperties. They are scammers!
