Unresponsive host, no room access, booking confirmed, refund urgently needed.
I have been trying to close my credit card since Tuesday. The branch could not help me and they advised I call their customer/client care and even then was transferred from pillar to post. all of the people 3 departments claimed to be unable to assist me. Please HELP
No customer service or support. I logged a call yesterday morning and till now no response or any update from them. I haven’t had internet connection since Friday evening. They constantly have down time and they still charge you a full payment even though 5-7 days a month they don’t have good connection. I’ve had to buy data for my kids and wife due to their poor service. Don’t subscribe for their products ever!
I made an extra payment for my Nedbank credit card that was collected through Rossouws collection and I requested my refund and paid up letter/account closure letter. I have not got any of the things I requested. They often ignore my emails and when I call I am sent from pillar to post. I need my refund and account closure letter!!!
Poor service at best. We got there and we were left for unattended and I ended up going to the bar to buy drinks. They gave me a dirty glass and the other drink didn’t have spirits. We complained to the waiter and we never got any response. This is a live review.
Providence assisted me a lot. the call was long due to the mess made by someone who enrolled me to the system. he was patient and very helpful. we need such support to continue subscribing and recruiting friends and family to choose the service provider
On the 3rd of August of 2020 I made a transfer to Nedbank home loan account. The money never reached Nedbank according to them. I have been receiving calls 4 times a day from Nedbank and it’s lawyers threatening to repossess my home. I have been calling and requesting call back from TymeBank since August 2020. Agents always promise to resolve my query, but they never do. Cases have been logged to back office and after a day or two I get a message saying my case has been resolved while nothing has been shown to me or evidence sent. In the cases logged I have in several times requested that I be sent proof of payment that shows my transaction was corrected, but it was never sent. Even when I download the POP by myself it’s still not reflecting the account number. Below are the cases that have been logged to try correct the transaction.
