Rosebank Lodge and Backpackers

Good Day, I recently stayed at 77on 8th at Rosebank backpackers and as i am a travelling guest for business I come for rest and relaxation. At the main gate in front in the courtyard driveway the music is on some boom box from early hours of the morning till late at night even through to the next morning on the loudest setting.

Some of us work long hours and they put it so loud it echo's the whole complex and staff do nothing. Is this normal practice?

Please look into this or the rating on sites I went to book will not get the review that will put a customer attraction on the lodge.
