Good Day, I recently stayed at 77on 8th at Rosebank backpackers and as i am a travelling guest for business I come for rest and relaxation. At the main gate in front in the courtyard driveway the music is on some boom box from early hours of the morning till late at night even through to the next morning on the loudest setting. Some of us work long hours and they put it so loud it echo's the whole complex and staff do nothing. Is this normal practice? Please look into this or the rating on sites I went to book will not get the review that will put a customer attraction on the lodge. Thank you kindly Guest not coming back.

When I told them in 2022 I will be moving no instructions or help or advice was given on what to do. Just press the "Im moving button and it will be moved seamlessly" We are now almost a month later and still no internet. Most us us work from home so this effects the bottom line and if I didnt send 300 Whatsapp requests they would have ignored as there is zero customer feedback. ADVICE.. when moving get a new service provider. Will be quicker as they quick to sell but zero to assist.
Good Morning, Is there anyone who can assist with my claim. my car is still not fixed. After the car swerved over the road and into the person's garden which is a rock formation this ripped the whole plastic covering from the bottom of my car. I drove out the panelbeaters at 17:00 when everyone was rushing to get home. My car was not even in the was back and if you zoom into the pics i took before i left you can even see the mags and all was dirty. They tried to tie up the plastic covering that covers the engine at the bottom with cable ties but 2km down the road the all fell off. Is this how one must receive a car normally. The car is pulling heavily to the left after going all over the rocks. My claim person never called to updated me on the progress on my car i ended up making almost 50 calls myself which is not on. Now I'm driving around with this loud s****ing noise under the car? Please can someone urgently advise me? Regards
on Nov 7 i sent 3 devices filled in the forms to have 3 handsets backlisted. Till today the devices are not listed and in use and no one is getting back to me.
Please assist. I am getting threatening letters from HP Pole Attorneys (from Cell C) which will not tell me what the bill is for yet I better pay or I will be listed. I ask for a statement for over 5 months and all they send is that I owe? They dont say for what. They say cellC just loves to hand me over with no description of what the amount is based on. I took a 24 month contract/paid 24 payments/sent a statement with 24 payments but they want extra 2months??? Who can i get help from? Regards Gregg
I have done an upgrade on the 8th and immediately called back to amend the upgrade. I have made about 37 calls and had 20 odd calls back saying no one but the agent that helped can assist. It's now the 1eth and many calls layer I still can't amend the upgrade. How does one amend an upgrade if the agent NEVER CALLS BACK.

I requested 2 migrations to be carried out and Vodacom had Elite mobile call me to do this. They upgraded my lines instead of migrating and not even this was done. I reversed the upgrades and called Vodacom to MIGRATE both numbers to Uchoose flexi. I have ref numbers and confirmations but it seems nothing gets done. How does one do a simple migration?
