I went to renew my PDP on the 15th April. I used over R200 to get there and go home. I waited in a queue for over an hour to be told that patstation 7 is not working I need to come back. I was given a number to call 0836614699 to call and check if the pay station 7 is working. When I called this morning the lady on the other end laughed and asked why did I leave I could make payment at another machine. The staff there gave me the run around and no one wanted to assist me u was sent from building to building. This is ridiculous and the laziness of the staff is ridiculous I want to be compensated my R200 used for transport. They get paid on the 15th and we're lazy to work.
