Terrible service let's defandants dodge getting served.
If you need to trace someone especially someone that doesn't want to be found DO NOT use Rossnet. They basically phone the person and ask for their address alerting them to the fact that people are looking for them. Their information is inaccurate. They take forever to respond (7 days) and their staff put the phone down in your ear when you get annoyed at their terrible service. You can't risk such unprofessional behavior when you need something done right the first time. The job was supposed to be done in 2 days it's been weaks, they refused to listen to the sherif of the Court when he said the person does not live there costing me more money just to prove their inadequatcy. They charge 300 upfront and 300 on a successful trace. Note carefully "successful trace". Yet you are expected to pay before they give you the address and without actually knowing if the address is correct.

Owners witholds workers UIF money
Rossnet is a financial investigations company located in Brackenfell. I worked there and have never been treated more like dirt in my life. The boss of the company OELOFF ROSSOUW witheld his own workers UIF money during the Covid-19 pandemic. He feels nothing for anyone he is a narcissist. He only cares about money.

Rossnet is a small financial investigations company situated in Brackenfell. Their business mainly serves as a tracing company with a call center. I don't recommend using them at all. The owner is a money hungry man. The owner doesn't provide his staff with basic equipment such as a fan for the scorching heat in the call center while he sits in his cool office. He is a penny pincher that tries to save every dime at the expense of his staff's emotional and physical health. Supporting this company is supporting someone that treats their staff poorly.
