SPAM SPAM SPAM - How the hell does a person get to sue this company for spamming people on a daily basis! What is the purpose of POPIA if I continue to get spam from these big companies they have ZERO respect for my time.
If you need to trace someone especially someone that doesn't want to be found DO NOT use Rossnet. They basically phone the person and ask for their address alerting them to the fact that people are looking for them. Their information is inaccurate. They take forever to respond (7 days) and their staff put the phone down in your ear when you get annoyed at their terrible service. You can't risk such unprofessional behavior when you need something done right the first time. The job was supposed to be done in 2 days it's been weaks, they refused to listen to the sherif of the Court when he said the person does not live there costing me more money just to prove their inadequatcy. They charge 300 upfront and 300 on a successful trace. Note carefully "successful trace". Yet you are expected to pay before they give you the address and without actually knowing if the address is correct.
This man is a scam artists. If you come across these guys call tableview police station there is an active investigation.
This company has so much potential but they are too big for their own good. There is zero communication, and when there is the consultants answer questions like AI robots, answers that in no way relate to your concern. It is 100% irrevocably the most painful company to deal with if things go wrong. The Products listed are such bad quality I return 70% of my purchases. I have learned that convenience has a price, one Im not willing to pay. Goodbye takealot! I feel to support you is to feed into bad service standards.
I am shocked and appauled at the lack of knowledge and understanding that the afrihost support team has. They have an inability to ready the simplist instructions or make any lodgical decissions. Their whatsapp chat is usesless as they 9 out of 10/times tell you to email support. They feel its ok to phone you at 1030pm in the evenings when you submited a call back at 9am. Quick instructions seems to turn into a days work trying to explain things over email. Its a nightmare. I have moved most of my sites away and just waiting for the ability to move the last 3. Sad thing is, they have a brilliant platform to manage clients but this retarted sms authetication which means I need to wake clients up at all times of the night to get them to send me an OTP which takes hours sometimes and then the login expires. Really the worst overall experience as its cost me hundreds of hours of time wasted trying just get the simplist tasks done. hate writting bad reviews but this is just inconcievable.
