Unprofessional and Discriminatory Service

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. Before arriving, I called to confirm that the car I wanted to view was available, and I was assured it was. When I got there, I was met with unprofessional service.

The salesperson made comments that came across as discriminatory, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. To make matters worse, I was told that I could only test drive the car after completing a finance application. That makes no sense at all — why would anyone apply for finance on a car they haven’t even test driven?

Buying a car should be straightforward, transparent, and respectful, but this dealership failed on all counts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone who expects fair, honest, and professional treatment.
