They are not professional and once you pay cash, they dont do the disc or plates but charge R4900 admin fee... there were multiple issues and most of the staff dont know the correct information about anything relating to cars. STAY AWAY

I had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. Before arriving, I called to confirm that the car I wanted to view was available, and I was assured it was. When I got there, I was met with unprofessional service. The salesperson made comments that came across as discriminatory, which was extremely uncomfortable and unacceptable. To make matters worse, I was told that I could only test drive the car after completing a finance application. That makes no sense at all — why would anyone apply for finance on a car they haven’t even test driven? Buying a car should be straightforward, transparent, and respectful, but this dealership failed on all counts. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them to anyone who expects fair, honest, and professional treatment.
The university closes the assignment submission link two hours before the official deadline, leaving students unable to submit on time despite preparing to meet the stated deadline. As a result, we are forced to pay a R750 late submission fee, which feels both unreasonable and punitive. This approach seems more focused on generating penalties than supporting students — extremely disappointing and unfair.
Really poor customer service. I regret using absa. Been waiting weeks just for a response to an email. Keep getting the below correspondence but Noone is actually helping. *** guys. "Thank you for your reply. We apologise for the delay in responding to your email. Please note, we will close your enquiry on our side as the relevant department will be able to assist you accordingly. They are charging us a cancellation fee to relocate. How does this make sense! To start off with, we have a month to month contract and all we want is to relocate the fibre to our new house. Additionally they have advised we still have to pay for 30 days. We emailed them in March to notify of relocation but Noone responds to emails. Absolutely f***king disgusting service provider and we regret using them. No support whatsoever.
I wish I could give this company a negative review. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ALEXANDER FORBES. There service and communication is disgusting. The entire support team is not avail on a Friday, apparently due to training. How does a company of this magnitude not know how to roster training so that there is still staff available to assist customers. I was advised my withdrawal was processed on Wednesday and I would receive it without 24 hours. It has now been over 48 hours and nothing.... To add to this, getting an email response is impossible yet they say they will respond to emails within 48 hours. When I did call their support on previous occasions I was on hold for over 30 minutes before anyone could even pick up the call.
