Deceased issue

I just don't understand how they work in Rotek industries (Eskom) HR offices Rosherville , especially when they dealing with a deceased things like his salaries, bonuses, insurance, his overtime he worked for all along these years,it's heartbreaking.. the deceased had 2 kids,he passed away last year December in a car accident he was working in this company (Rotek), we brought our documents they wanted from us including letter of authority, this company holds the deceased salaries and bonuses as they told us that we will get it, from Jan we are still waiting up until today, it's been 3 months already and they don't want to tell us how much is it, we've got a right to know, the court sent them a letter wanted to know what is happening, only to find that they didn't reply to that letter,so today my sister went to the company offices again to check how far are they with this process ,they didn't even bother to start with the process ,it's so painful
