22/02 i saw a car that I really liked at Rothmans Auto. A Ford Territory, I corresponded with a sales consultant regarding the car and he advised me that the car was in high demand and he would reserve it for me, obviously feeling really important I went ahead with closing the deal. I signed on the 26/02 but because of faults on the car and the dealer's inability to road worthy the car I couldn't receive the car yet. The car was roadworthd on the 13/03, on the 20/03 I 'Borrowed' the car, it was not valeted yet and agreed to return it on the Monday. WhiIe driving it I noticed a vibration in the car and a loud thud when the ABS kicks in. I told the dealer about these problems. The dealer replacd the Bushes bt couldn't fix the brakes he advisd me to take it to my personal mechanic. He submitted a report and quotation to the dealership. 6/04 I fetched my car again. A wk latr the electronic window switchs packd up and none of the windows work. I took the car back to the dealer but Graham Ball told me the warranty nds to fix it. Thn the centre bearing of the prop shaft packed up. I took out a personal loan last year and have had issues with it from the start. Last week Sunday I went in to pay the loan up as well as my store card. I went to customer services who told me how much I needed to pay and was advised that I had to come back in two days to close the account. On Friday I went to close my account only to be told that I still owe!!! I then speak to the customer services manager, Penny. She says she will make sure that Ruwayda from head office gives me a call and she herself will personally follow up with me regarding my complaint. It's now Wednesday, and no phonecall from Penny or Ruwayda. I had to call Penny to follow up, who said she will come back to me. She called me back to say they will definately call me today. Well, still no call. I am very disappointed in the manner in which Woolworths conducts business. I want my accounts closed and I will never set foot in another Woolworths store again. Woolworths is ripping people off and I'm sick and tired of this. Food was always amazing and so was the service, until tonight.... There were 8 of us ladies and every single plate of food that was brought to the table was salty. I have never tasted anything like it. And when it came to complainING to the owner he right out attacked us telling us we are lying and that there is nothing wrong with the food. He smelt of booze and was clearly very drunk. He then sat down at our table taking the food from one of the ladies to taste telling us there is nothing wrong with his food. When we confronted him and told him not to attack us he said to us I don't get angry I get even. When we refused to pay for the bill he then sent over 8 tequilas which we did not want... He then continued to swear at us as we refused the drinks he brought. When we left we had seen he had parked in the disabled parking, when we commented about it he replied it's my place bitch ill park where I want to. I have never in my life been treated like that by anyone ever.
