Please see also trailing emails regarding the new software and the situation we’re in now!
We have 10 bikes with subscriptions and bought them because of the partnership with rouvy it works the best of all options.
Now you guys created a new app for rouvy but the new app doesn’t support our bikes! This makes the affected bikes useless and a big loss to us! This was done without communication to clients or a back door for longstanding clients to keep making use of the current app – after many years of subscription/support?
Is there any way you can have a look at our situation and offer a solution to our problem? (or do you want to buy the bikes from us? Hehe)
