Good day Are you well? I found that the turn notifications option is removed with the latest software. I’m sure it’s a mistake? One need that function with self-navigation events when creating own routs. The turn notification work when one use saved locations on the edge – but not when using the route created? The people I contacted are super useless and ***********!! I get payment reminders for someone else .. I asked them 50 times already to remove my number, it's not me .. just to get the same message over and over! I think they failed the 30% tests (in grade 1) and now work with customers!!!
Can not sync with Garmin Express -- Servers are unavailable at this time!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Emailed about 20 times and no reply or help!!!!
Good day I trust you are well!! Please see also trailing emails regarding the new software and the situation we’re in now! We have 10 bikes with subscriptions and bought them because of the partnership with rouvy it works the best of all options. Now you guys created a new app for rouvy but the new app doesn’t support our bikes! This makes the affected bikes useless and a big loss to us! This was done without communication to clients or a back door for longstanding clients to keep making use of the current app – after many years of subscription/support? Is there any way you can have a look at our situation and offer a solution to our problem? (or do you want to buy the bikes from us? Hehe) I really hope you can help us please and wait to hear from you soon Regards Bennie
Nice to advertise but to get you guys to do the installment is like a mission impossible!! My daughter waits for 2 weeks - they work and study from home and cant without in-home fibre and data installed!!

From the 11th till now - not able to solve a problem!! Not on!!
Telkom line off since the 11th of Feb - business line - and we receive messages that it's a bulk fault, then fault is repaired, then technician is appointed, then fault if fixed - no technician comes to the premises and we still cant do business - but please read the terms and conditions - your loss is your problem and "sorry for the inconvenience" is the best Telkom can do!! K@****
