Bunch of Thieves

In November 2020, our tenant erroneously paid Rowcor their rent instead of us. We contacted Elanor/Theuns immediately to notify them. We were acknowledged with a lawyers letter saying that they would pay it back over 3 months. We have not received a single penny back from them, despite the numerous emails & phone calls. They wont even take our phone calls now... Bunch of thieves!
