Disappointed and not recommend
Rowcor properties has currently been assisting us in finding a tenant for our unit. The service received from Franciska has been appalling. Tenant moved in March 2021. First rent we were to get only came 9 April. After we had to follow up several times. Once again May no rent. After several follow ups. Why do we have an agent if they can’t even do their jobs. Wasting our time and money. Tenant damaged our property and she couldn’t even go and inspect the unit. Excuses on top of excuses. Unbelievable how we have had to deal with this person. Disappointing us every single time. No communication until we ask something. Definitely don’t recommend this agency for landlords looking to rent their units. Tired of this mess.

Disappointed and not recommend
Rowcor properties has currently been assisting us in finding a tenant for our unit. The service received from Franciska has been appalling. Tenant moved in March 2021. First rent we were to get only came 9 April. After we had to follow up several times. Once again May no rent. After several follow ups. Why do we have an agent if they can’t even do their jobs. Wasting our time and money. Tenant damaged our property and she couldn’t even go and inspect the unit. Excuses on top of excuses. Unbelievable how we have had to deal with this person. Disappointing us every single time. No communication until we ask something. Definitely don’t recommend this agency for landlords looking to rent their units. Tired of this mess.

Rowcor Properties Managed My Process Expetionally
Eleanor and Corban Jacobs went out of their way to get me an apartment in Greenstone Hill after another estate agent from another company had left me high and dry. They eventually got me a place R3000 less than the owner was asking and this is the perfect place we wanted. Thanks a lot, guys, keep up the good work.

Rowcor Properties Managed My Process Expetionally
Eleanor and Corban Jacobs went out of their way to get me an apartment in Greenstone Hill after another estate agent from another company had left me high and dry. They eventually got me a place R3000 less than the owner was asking and this is the perfect place we wanted. Thanks a lot, guys, keep up the good work.

Bunch of Thieves
In November 2020, our tenant erroneously paid Rowcor their rent instead of us. We contacted Elanor/Theuns immediately to notify them. We were acknowledged with a lawyers letter saying that they would pay it back over 3 months. We have not received a single penny back from them, despite the numerous emails & phone calls. They wont even take our phone calls now... Bunch of thieves!

DISGUSTING
I would like to share that this company does not pay its agents their commissions. After working for them for 2 years, I am still owed commission on 3 rentals 2 of them from last year. My messages to them go ignored and unanswered. The owners standard of living has not dropped yet I was unable to buy my grandchildren Xmas presents in December as a result of my commissions not having been paid. I have landlords who also say they will never deal with this Company again as a result of shocking service from management.

ROWCOR PROPERTIES
I posted an advert on private Property and 3 weeks later ROWCOR Properties has the SAME advert!!! They obviously have COPIED my details and pictures and posted the same advert, POSING as my agents. Very questionable, I certainly would have NO DEALINGS with them.

Criminals posing as managing agent
Rowcor are a bunch of criminals. They know what they are doing and plan to take your money then claim that they are bankrupt. Eleanor Jacobs is a known con-artist and her wingmen Theuns & Jaques Diemieniet from Diemieniet Attorneys are nothing but accomplices in her theft. She never pays the rent paid by tenants into Landlord accounts on time and when it's time to get money due to you, the entire company goes quiet. They take deposits for themselves and take advantage of their clients by signing into invalid contracts with them if at all - this is the most disgusting, sad excuse of a company I have ever worked with and I am fighting for my money as hard as I can. They are absolutely ruthless & have no regard for their clients. Do yourself a favour and just entrust your money and efforts into a well-established, reputable company. I have reported them to the EAAB

Fraud con artists
Theunis and Eleanor Jacobs are the owners of rowcor Properties, and they are con artist's. I used to work for them, and not only do they not pay their clients and landlords they don't pay their staff either. Since March I have been waiting for my salary. PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM.
