I must give this particular branch of Postnet my sincere thanks for going the proverbial mile. In times where customer service is virtually non existent each staff member is helpful and most courteous. We'll done guys and thank you.
I would like to give Siya at Cell C Rivonia Village a huge thank you for his enthusiastic and helpful service while helping me yesterday. He went beyond the extra mile. Pollen has also been amazing and the lady who completes the team is lovely. This is the best Cell C outlet by far. We'll done guys and thank you again.
A huge thumbs up to the Cell C in Rivonia Village for the most amazing service. Being a pensioner, hard of hearing, and unfamiliar with the latest technology does not always make for easy daily interaction, yet one also has to get things done. Because of my hearing disability I am not sure if I have his name correct, by Pollen at Cell C, showed incredible patience in assisting me in getting a good data deal and helped me to open a Tyme Banking account (Patrice you have a great ambassador here) which is not part of his job description but he took the time to reach out to an old lady. I must also mention Hendrik at the same time, who took pains to help me to upgrade my contract in spite of mask wearing making it incredibly difficult for me to hear, taking it all in his stride, constantly having to repeat himself, and with utmost patience. My humble thanks guys, and great appreciation for reaching out to a senior citizen who needs all the help she can get. WELL DONE carry on SPREADING THE LOVE.
I would like to share that this company does not pay its agents their commissions. After working for them for 2 years, I am still owed commission on 3 rentals 2 of them from last year. My messages to them go ignored and unanswered. The owners standard of living has not dropped yet I was unable to buy my grandchildren Xmas presents in December as a result of my commissions not having been paid. I have landlords who also say they will never deal with this Company again as a result of shocking service from management.
