Horrible customer service, the ladies are not professional at all. Sent an overnight parcel on Thursday and paid for overnight delivery, the parcel apparently only left the shop on Friday. I called and asked them to fast track it as it was supposed to be somewhere on Monday, I was sent from pillar to post and they even hung up! 3 of them kept swapping the phone around and giving me different stories. Why am I paying for overnight if the parcel will take 3 days?? It’s even useless now because it was for a submission and the due date has expired. Waste of money and time!

CHIT service went to print on a green background and there is ****ing with linea on the back ground and paid in full they will not see me again and the paperwork must be ready on Saturday its like taking a car for a service but you only get 2 sparkplugs

What a horrible experience. I cannot understand why the employees are not trained properly in the programme that they use? I blame the corporation completely. I needed a picture resized to a smaller one- and the app they use wouldn’t let him because they need to subscribe ?? I mean what type of business runs like that?

I must give this particular branch of Postnet my sincere thanks for going the proverbial mile. In times where customer service is virtually non existent each staff member is helpful and most courteous. We'll done guys and thank you.
