Bad service/rude staff

Ordered a bag online with them for a friends birthday. Didn't hear back from them for a week so I emailed and whatsapped them with no replies whatsoever. I phoned their shop and found out it will take 10 working days. Man on the phone was full of bad attitude. They should really let you know how long your order will take as you receive them after the date you actually need them on. Will not be ordering from them again.
