Absolute World Class
This brand is absolute class! You will never go wrong here. Not only is their quality world-class, their service and attention to detail has no other equal! I was not aware of the Life-Time Guarantee and just recently had my Moon bag fixed, for no cost and within 2-3 days, it's fixed and safely back home. They are just the best! Thank you!

This brand is absolute class! You will never go wrong here. Not only is their quality world-class, their service and attention to detail has no other equal! Wide variety of handbags and backpacks in the different leather textures
I would highly recommend Rowdy, not just because of the amazing service we got but their bags are of the highest quality and it has a lifetime warranty. My new Rowdy tote handbag! It's everything I want that I didn't even knew I wanted! In the perfect size! The smell of genuine leather is mesmerizing! The service was sooo great! We ordered at 4pm and the next day before 10am it was delivered! I was so amazed! It was my first Rowdy but definitely not my last!

Bad service/rude staff
Ordered a bag online with them for a friends birthday. Didn't hear back from them for a week so I emailed and whatsapped them with no replies whatsoever. I phoned their shop and found out it will take 10 working days. Man on the phone was full of bad attitude. They should really let you know how long your order will take as you receive them after the date you actually need them on. Will not be ordering from them again.

Bad service/rude staff

Rowdy Bags A+
Purchased a Rowdy bag from the 44 Stanley store at the end of May. Wonderful service, especially as they were just reopening after lockdown level 4 was lifted, and were still busy repacking the stock on the shelves. Excellent quality products. The choice is wonderful. You will not go wrong purchasing a Rowdy Bag! Plus they have a lifetime warranty on all their leather items. Will definitely be buying more of their items in the future.

Rowdy does Masks now
I have not had the opportunity with Lockdown to do any purchases to assist this local company, However, I want to applaud them on taking the initiative to Help fight Covid by letting their leather artisans make masks in an attempt to keep the boat afloat and help out at the same time. Well done guys :)
