This brand is absolute class! You will never go wrong here. Not only is their quality world-class, their service and attention to detail has no other equal! I was not aware of the Life-Time Guarantee and just recently had my Moon bag fixed, for no cost and within 2-3 days, it's fixed and safely back home. They are just the best! Thank you!
I bought a bodyglove cover for a samsung s5.<br> It broke in 3 days.<br> I took it back and their policy reads that they do not refund accessories.<br> <br> So i took another cover.<br> When I got home after work, I opened the package, just to find a USED, SCRATCHED SECONDHAND cover.<br> <br> Now I had to go go back again...only to hear the same story again about the no refund policy.<br> They do NOT have any color I want and now I must buy airtime or data?????<br> I understand a NO REFUND policy, but surely if you can not provide proper goods, the item should be refunded???<br> <br>
