I was a student at Rhema Bible College. I did my courses online. I started with RBC in 2014 - 2016. I probably completed about 5 courses and paid approximately R 5000 for the subjects or modules. I emailed Tobie Snyman on the 3 July 2019 for an updated list off my subjects completed and did not hear from him. I then arrived at RBC on the 17 July 2019 (from not hearing from Tobie), and he printed out a transcript off courses, that I had not seen in my life. All the subjects were different and the transcript said that I did not complete the assignments/exams. Firstly why would you give me a transcript that I did not sign, enrol or pay for and tell me that I did not complete the subjects. Where are the subjects I completed in 2014 - 2016. When I looked at the transcript I was " this is not my subjects that I did, maybe this was a misprint". I did not enrol at RBC in 2017. I couldn't find Tobie. I was standing 15 mins at the admin desk and no was there. I try to find someone and eventually found someone at the Kids Ministry who couldn't get hold off Tobie because all the doors at RBC are closed and no one answered they phones. Finally a lady came to assist me about 30 mins later to say that she tried calling Tobie and he was not answering his phone. 45 mins later she found him in a meeting with Dr Jean Botha. Eventually Tobie came out 50 mins later. I told Tobie these were not my results and he went ahead to say that these were the transcripts that Dr Jean Botha is using now and it cannot be changed and he will have to speak to her. I went on to say that I registered for certain courses and how come they are not reflecting after being paid for and what happens to the students in the past that has completed subjects 2014 2016. It means we are lying we have not studied at RBC. I am sure there is another way off doing the transcripts for past students. If Dr Botha has changed the transcripts that means the subject we passed and paid for are not being reflected. I got home only to realise it was not going to be done after receiving an email The transcript cannot be changed,"'from Tobie Snyman after chatting to Dr Jean Botha. No one is asking you to change the transcripts for goodness sake. I would like the subjects I paid for to be shown and my marks to be reflected!!! How difficult is that!!!!
We were there last week Saturday to watch Lion King for the first time. Excellent service, super clean restrooms and staff was friendly. Cinemas was clean, sound quality excellent and we loved the reclining seats.

I was at Northgate this morning. There was load shedding from 8am to 12am today. LOAd shedding was over at 12pm. When I arrived at Clicks Northgate at 12:45. The doors was locked, lights on and a printed page on the door stating that "they are offline and card payment are only excepted". I called the security and a few of the staff but was totally ignored. No one helped us to tell us was the store was closed. The customers that was at the front door of Clicks decided to go to Dischem. 15 March 2019 incident.
I cancelled my ADSL Line on the 28 February 2017 with Telkom. Telkom is still billing me for an ASDL line to date. I have contacted almost every call centre agent( Email address ********** and ********** billing dept ( still waiting for the Telkom Manager to call, (Menzi Magubane) after getting no joy from the billing agent. When I called again I asked the agent to put me through a manager. I spoke to the manager by the name of David Stellenberg who asked me to email my complaint to him but my account has still not been resolved. I went to Telkom branch in Northgate, my ADSL line apparently is still active after receiving emails that my cancellation was sent. The young man assist me and told me that Escalation Dept will contact me. I received an sms confirming that I am in credit and the account has been backed dated by a ********** but the account is still not resolved and no ASDL has been cancelled because I am still being billed. I received a case no.on the 29 May 2018, ********** 3 via sms and another sms on the 31 May 2018 to say that me case has been resolved. But I still receive Telkom accounts including the ASDL Line and arrears for the account not being paid. Is there anyone competent in Telkom that can cancel my Telkom account and credit my invoices and bring my bill up to date.
My husband booked 100 rooms through his company for a 3 Day Launch. The problems we encountered: 1. The Raddison Red V & A Waterfront booked 2 rooms for my husband and myself. 2. Two rooms was also booked for the MD. 3. We were told ever morning that our breakfast was not paid for. 4. On the second day we were checked out of our room and was told we not part of the my husband's company and I had to settle the bill immediately. This was discussed in front off many patrons that was around the reception area. (which was embarrassing)The manager Nadi was called and confirmed that my booking was to be settled immediately. When I called her on the 18 June to share my concerns and the fact that I was asked to settle the bill she said there was confusion with the agencies that booked. Surely when a company pays for 100 rooms you will show some sort off interest and try and resolve the problems and come to a solution immediately. 5. The MD and his wife was checked out and asked to leave and they still had another day too stay. 6. We were asked to pay for our own parking which we had no problem about and when asked to add it to our room bill, we were told we had no credit on our room tab. 7. Our room cards had to programmed almost every day because we were checked out by the hotel. 8. Every morning we were asked to pay for our breakfast cash, when it was booked on the room. 9. The lady serving the breakfast screamed and shouted at me when I was served and asked if I was paying cash for my breakfast. I am shocked and disappointed with the hotel. We have travelled to many hotel locally and internationally and never received such bad service in our travels. I will definitely not recommend this hotel. The staff has not etiquette and should be retrained. I called 0800 983 403 (international number) and I could not hear the gentleman on the phone and he said I should call Raddison Red,( which I did already).I tried calling Radisson Blu Waterfront and Sandton and could not get the head office number. I left a Facebook message no one has contacted me. Very very sad ?
I was at Woolworths Northgate today, 4 September 2017, 13:47. Someone was fixing the shelf, leading to the tills. I nearly collide into the shelf, with my trolley that was left unattended to and no warning signs. I spoke to Ntswaki Mothabeng to please ask someone to put a caution sign. I got not response or even a greeting from her. I asked her for some acknowledgement or smile that she heard what I was saying. I also complained that there was a queue and only 2 tellers to assist. There were no managers available, apparently they where all in a meeting. I told Ntswaki was was going to complaint to Head Office and then I got a response from her, then the person that was fixing the shelf appeared. Not acceptable.
1.The store needs a revamp NOT new tiles. 2. No prices on many items in the store. 3. The prices for specials are the till prices are not the same. I been overcharged and the manager has to go and get the correct promotion prices, so this can be changed on the till. 4. Lunch hours not enough tellers. We have to continuously ask the manager to please open up more tills. 5. Tellers are always grumpy 6. Packing is always an issue... I have frozen stuff packed with dry ingredients or food packed with detergents.
My husband and I went to watch a movie on the 26 August for the 20:30 show Girl's Trip. 1. All the globes are burn out in the entrance area as you walk in to purchase tickets. 2. When I entered the ladies toilet all globes burn out there as well. 3. Toilet's had blood, faeces or urine in the toilet bowls 4. Toilets did not flush 5, Toilet I was used was dark, no lights 6. I could not wash my hands, no water, or no pressure for water 7. No toilet roll in any of the toilets 8. No hand wash 9. No hand towels 10. My husband used the men's toilets same story, all the urinals was blocked with urine. 11. Popcorn area dark and gloomy. No globes replaced Please can you send one of your head office agents to look into this or inspect this movie house. I spoke to one of the ladies to complaint about the toilets but nothings was done.
