ZERO STARS. Ismail Patel is a liar and will take you for a ride every chance he gets. Paid on the 27th of Nov (2017) and only received my ****ty, low-quality, badly installed, pathetic doors on the 7th of Feb (2018). There were more than 10 appointments made before he even showed up the first time, with only part of our order.

The contract stated 10 business days, so clearly there was a breach of contract.

Communication was virtually non-existent: for every 20 unanswered calls and messages, you get one false promise that he'll "get back to you". Installation was deplorable, incompentent employees had to be constantly supervised, and even then the result is at best disappointing.
