ROYAL CAPE IS UNPROFESSIONAL, INCONSIDERATE, CROOK AND LIAR
I would strongly advice nobody planning to do business with this incompetent individual should turn the other way. Ismail Patel is a liar and very good in deceiving people and definitely can sell people stories. IF I COULD GIVE THIS BUSINESS ZERO STARS, I DEFINITELY WOULD. This individual is incompetent, unprofessional, crook and a liar. My mother paid R4000 from a quotation of R4800 on the 02 February 2018 for windows. I'm writing this review, it is the 29 October 2020. My mother has never saw the window nor her money back. This man is inconsiderate and does not care whatsoever for his customers. The house has been since finish and just awaiting the windows and Ismail is no where to be found. He moves from place to place because he is running away from so many people. My mother has to look for him over the years and every time she found him, he had a story, either "the windows will be finished in two days" or " the windows are finished just waiting on one or two missing parts to finish them off". The next time you go. He has moved. He since never answered my mothers call nor does he answers calls from numbers he does not know, now my mother is forced to make the windows else where, and that means having to pay again. I went to the last place he was last working from on the 27 October 2020, the caretaker told me that he ran away because he is owing so many people and the his things that were in the unit were auctioned. This man is EXACTLY WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE BUSINESS WORLD. As long as he took your money, he does not care about you or the inconvenience he causes you.

Poor and Bad service
I am giving Royal Cape aluminium a Zero star. I wish i did a review on the before getting into business with them. Ismail Patel is fool of stories and false promises. So i paid more than 65% deposit towards the purchase of aluminium doors and windows. Initially he promised to deliver in two weeks time after the deposit payment. Currently we on the 7th week and still waiting for the delivery. His communication is very poor i must keep asking him when is he delivering and sometimes he does not respond and when he respond he lies by promising to deliver and gives a day. Come the day his got another story. Today i requested that he pays my money and he is telling me stories that he knows am upset and he does not have that kind of cash. So he will pay me Saturday. I know he is lying am tired of listening to his stories. How am i supposed to move in a house that does not have doors and windows? Hellopeter please assist me with dealing with this man. I want to file a case with police/court against him. He robbed me of my R14 000. All i want is my money.

Terrible Aluminium manufacturer in all respects
We have not received at least 40% of our order for Aluminium doors and windows - even though payment was made in March! (& it is now nearly October). Ismail has given every story in the book as to his cash flow and other problems. Of the windows he did install, some have not got handles on them and others were incorrectly manufactured and/or installed, and he has still not fixed or replaced any of these despite repeated efforts to ask him to do so (in accordance with his contract and the window specs). His installer broke 1 of the stacker door panel glass, and of course this is still in the broken state it was left in. We have reserved the right to initiate legal proceedings against Royal Cape given we have not seen or heard from him post all of this issues. We would strongly advise against ever doing business with Royal Cape Aluminium and Ismail Patel.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS INCOMPETENT LIAR
ZERO STARS. Ismail Patel is a liar and will take you for a ride every chance he gets. Paid on the 27th of Nov (2017) and only received my ****ty, low-quality, badly installed, pathetic doors on the 7th of Feb (2018). There were more than 10 appointments made before he even showed up the first time, with only part of our order. The contract stated 10 business days, so clearly there was a breach of contract. Communication was virtually non-existent: for every 20 unanswered calls and messages, you get one false promise that he'll "get back to you". Installation was deplorable, incompentent employees had to be constantly supervised, and even then the result is at best disappointing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ROYAL CAPE GLASS & F*CKUP!

Poor service delivery and poor customer service
I received a quote of R78 000 on the 10/08/17 from Royal Cape glass and alluminium.I made a of R50 000 on the same day.The owner has been postponing my service delivery since.I went several ttimes to their office and they just promise to come.I never knew that I am dealing with crooks.
