Poor service
They have the poorest service ever. When you need assistance from the promised services which you are paying for, they promise to get back to you but will never. Yaking their product is a waste of mo'ey

Poor service delivery and poor customer service
I received a quote of R78 000 on the 10/08/17 from Royal Cape glass and alluminium.I made a of R50 000 on the same day.The owner has been postponing my service delivery since.I went several ttimes to their office and they just promise to come.I never knew that I am dealing with crooks.

Poor service delivery and bad attitude
I receive a quote of R78 000 from Royal alluminium and pain an amount of R50 000 on the.......I have been waiting for the installation of my windows sonce that time.Mr Ishmael,who is said to be the owner has been giving me excuses since.I have a heart disease and tjis is really affecting my health.I never knew that I'm dealing with crooks.
