KFC Sanbury – Extremely poor service On 30 January i placed an order at 19:30 via Uber Eats, and by 22:00 the order still had not been processed. Despite this, I was charged in full. There was zero communication from the store regarding the delay — no update, no apology, nothing. Leaving a customer waiting for over two hours without any explanation is unacceptable. Are customers really expected to pay for food that isn’t prepared, isn’t delivered, and isn’t even acknowledged? This experience reflects very poor service and lack of accountability. I would not recommend ordering from this branch.
I am posting this as a follow-up to my previous review, as the matter remains unresolved. Despite my earlier complaint and repeated attempts to engage with Appliance Technicians, the full refund has still not been processed. This is now several months after payment was made, and after it became clear that the service could not be completed and the fridge remains unfixed. Communication has been inconsistent, with messages often ignored and no clear timelines provided. Promises to revert or resolve the issue have not been honoured. At this stage, the lack of action reflects poor after-sales service and a lack of accountability. I am still requesting a full refund for the undelivered part and unsuccessful labour, which is a reasonable and fair expectation under the circumstances. I am extremely disappointed that this matter has dragged on for so long without resolution.
I am very disappointed with the service I received from Appliance Technicians. They came to diagnose my fridge several times and even performed some repairs at a cost of R2 900, but the fridge is still not working. They later claimed that an additional part costing R4 600 was needed and asked for payment to order it from their supplier. It has now been two full months and I still don’t have a working fridge. Despite several follow-ups, they rarely give updates and often ignore my messages. This is extremely frustrating and unprofessional, especially after I have already paid for work and a part that has not been delivered. At this stage, I am requesting a full refund for the part and any labour costs charged, since the service was never completed and my fridge remains unfixed. I would not recommend Appliance Technicians based on my experience — poor communication, long delays, and lack of accountability.

Engen craydon, they charge 5c extra when one puts on fuel and its wrong. Mostly when you do card payments
I am giving Royal Cape aluminium a Zero star. I wish i did a review on the before getting into business with them. Ismail Patel is fool of stories and false promises. So i paid more than 65% deposit towards the purchase of aluminium doors and windows. Initially he promised to deliver in two weeks time after the deposit payment. Currently we on the 7th week and still waiting for the delivery. His communication is very poor i must keep asking him when is he delivering and sometimes he does not respond and when he respond he lies by promising to deliver and gives a day. Come the day his got another story. Today i requested that he pays my money and he is telling me stories that he knows am upset and he does not have that kind of cash. So he will pay me Saturday. I know he is lying am tired of listening to his stories. How am i supposed to move in a house that does not have doors and windows? Hellopeter please assist me with dealing with this man. I want to file a case with police/court against him. He robbed me of my R14 000. All i want is my money.
