Terrible Aluminium manufacturer in all respects

We have not received at least 40% of our order for Aluminium doors and windows - even though payment was made in March! (& it is now nearly October). Ismail has given every story in the book as to his cash flow and other problems. Of the windows he did install, some have not got handles on them and others were incorrectly manufactured and/or installed, and he has still not fixed or replaced any of these despite repeated efforts to ask him to do so (in accordance with his contract and the window specs). His installer broke 1 of the stacker door panel glass, and of course this is still in the broken state it was left in. We have reserved the right to initiate legal proceedings against Royal Cape given we have not seen or heard from him post all of this issues. We would strongly advise against ever doing business with Royal Cape Aluminium and Ismail Patel.
