This company is a ****. We requested a quote to fix a top that broke in the kitchen. We got the quote and were asked to pay a deposit. Charles came to get a sample and said he would let us know when he would come and install. We paid the deposit on 8/8/2024. After that we struggled to get hold of him. He does not answer calls, WhatsApp messages or e-mails. We got hold of someone he sub-contracts for who got hold of him. He finally phoned and made an appointment for 28/8/2024 at 11h00. He didn't pitch. I phoned 14 times and sent 4 messages that day, no reply. I phoned 10 times and sent 2 messages the following day, no reply. We finally got hold of him through the person he sub-contracts for and he promised to repay the deposit. Never happened. We tried getting hold of him again and couldn't. I went to his business address which was his house. He wasn't there but his daughter contacted him for me, and he promised to refund me that weekend. He didn't. I got hold of him again and he said he was waiting for money to clear for a job he just did and he would pay me. He didn't. It is now the 12/9/2024 and he still has not refunded us.
