Terrible Service - Do not be deceived!

Owned by a chap that goes by the name Charles Matondora.

I feel compelled to warn others about the unprofessional and disappointing experience I had with Royal Granite Tops. From start to finish, their service has been nothing short of appalling.

After securing their services, I paid a deposit in good faith expecting the job to be completed on time and to a high standard. Unfortunately, this was far from the reality. Not only did they fail to complete the work, but their communication throughout the process was unresponsive and dismissive. When I attempted to address the issue and request a refund for the incomplete job, they outright refused, leaving me frustrated and out of pocket.

This company has displayed a lack of integrity and professionalism, and I strongly urge anyone considering their services to think twice. Save yourself the time, money, and stress—look elsewhere for a reliable and reputable granite supplier. Avoid Royal Granite Tops at all costs.
