ROYAL MAIL RUBBISH SERVICE

Dear all,

Royal Mail Service is Rubbish , my couin sent a parcel from London to South Africa in May, I still have not received it when I track it on their website it says dispatched from London to Spain then Columbia Canada, at some point it shows that it was in SA and there was nobody at home at yet she sent to a business adress they were even telling a home Address in Kempton and yet I work in Waterfal City.

Now its showing that the parcel is intransit and is in Spain. I call Post office they do not pick up at all. Guys talking about Rubbish service DO NOT USE ROYAL MAIL its a SCAM ...RUBBISH the worst experience ever
