ROYAL TENT/TENT WAREHOUSE - ****MERS
Tent Warehouse, also trades as Royal Tents. ****mers, we dealt with Alfred who seemed fairly helpful, but turned out to be unprofessional, and dishonest. We bought and paid for a 5m x 5m boudior tent. We were told that the item was a stock item, therefore refundable. We have still not received the refund, as once the money had been paid over we were sent a handwritten invoice saying no refunds. We changed the size of the tent, which had to be made up. The handwritten invoice clearly stated no tent would be made up unless a 50% deposit was paid. Our client cancelled the tent, and they are holding our payment, which was way under the 50%, according to Alfred he gave the instruction to make up the tent. He is a salesman, and a poor one at that, so he could not have given the instruction regardless. We have been pushed from pillar to post, had no response from management, bearing in mind that emails have been sent and not responded to. Essentially this is a case of theft. Alfred made it very clear that should he need to pay for the tent it would come off his salary, which is not our problem. This was probably an exaggeration of the truth, as they have effectively ****** the money paid over. DO NOT DEAL WITH EITHER COMPANY.

From the word-go, she went all out to make my purchase as pleasant as possible, and further advising on their promotions and where I can save big on their products, and indeed I saved big on several purchase. I bougt mobile freezee and medium vip toilet at Royal tent Polokwane 94 schoeman street, yoh the service was excellent. i met Kenny, Lebo & Daisy all of the sales where friendly as if we know each other, they even ate their lunch with me. the units are still in good condition and working well. Guys please visit ROYAL TENT POLOKWANE YOU WON'T REGTRET
