Never buy from Royal Tent
I bought a tent from Royal tent in November 2020 that was shipped to Ghana and the entire tents leaks when it rains. We have send sent numerous communication to Royal Tent to have it replaced and nothing has been done. This is a company portraying to many that they sell the world best tent but that is not the case

01 Feb 2021, 14:24 As per pictures, there is no issue with construction of tent.Issue is with PVC Fabric.According to suppliers guarantee on the fabric, if found to be of inferior quality,they will replace the roof of the tent&have it delivered to Ghana at their cost.However we still awaiting return of tent.

I appreciate,hopping you are not expecting us to ship the inferior tent at our cost that is not going to happen as we will not have the funds to ship the tent back to South Africa.You are more than welcome to cover the expense to return the cover at your own cost as it was due to poor production on your part.I know the games Royal Tent is playing and if we don't get the cover changed that everything at your own cost we will go the legal rout,on this platform there are many people who has purchased tent from you that leaks and that has been the norm of your product so don't pretend that is something new to the company
