Christmas day 2021 Booked with for 14 guests at Royal Ushaka Hotel Buffet, When we got there , Payment was made upfront for a Christmas lunch buffet, 15 to 20 minutes after taking 1 round of food, The food was finished and the owner and manager ran out of the restaurant leaving us sitting there with no foods, no second helpings, nothing, Staff was rude and couldn't give us answers as to what do we do next because there was no food to fill up for us to continue with the meals, We waited and 1 hour 15 minutes then the lady comes back and start talking to us in a very disrespectful manner, there was no solution for us, we asked for a refund or to get part of our money back, they didn't compensate us for a terrible experience or give us any of our money back they treated us like they was giving us the food for free yet moneys were paid upfront, I wouldn't recommend anybody going there, the way they treat the guests is absolutely terrible and honestly it was our worst experience we ever had at a food establishment
