<p>On the 12th of May 2016 Royce Imaging Industries delivered our toner as we started using it became defective and started drawing lines all over the page. We contacted the supplier and Sue Chandomba the Dealer Sales Supervisor she said we can send the toner back with a test page and they will test it and if its faulty they would exchange it. On the 21st of June 2016 at 10:41 Sue phones us saying the tones isn’t their product and its not in its original packaging. As we explained they delivered the package to us there must be a mistake on their side or with their driver she hung up on us. Very unprofessional, she doesn’t have the ability to solve a problem in a calm manner. Absolutely no supervising or managing s****s. I would never recommend Royce Imaging Industries to anyone.</p>
