Horrible service & no respect for customers!!! Was shouted at by 2 separate Account Executives after a cartridge was incorrectly labeled by them and delivered on 3 occasions. Not only is their service and attitude disappointing but their cartridges are not worth the trouble at all! UTTERLY USELESS!

This is one disgusting and revolting company... reason being is their products they sell is ****ing cheap quality even if you request for a OVM they want to sell you their **** remanufactured ****, and they do not know how to treat their STAFF... I know Selvan Naidoo and the CEO Mr Nad... the head of this company which I think is Selvan currently is running this company to the ****ing ground.

<p>As a company that has been mentioned in the article dated 22 June 2016 regadring the sale of defective products, we feel compelled to respond to the complaint and to set the record straight.</p> <p> </p> <p>We acknowledge and accept that the product in question was purchased from Royce Imaging Industries.</p> <p> </p> <p>However, it was not a product that was remanufctured by Royce Imaging Industries but a buy-out from another Supplier.</p> <p> </p> <p>Furthermore, we have apologised to the complainant for the manner in which this issue was handled and the inconvenience caused to the customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>We value all our customers and believe that customer service is of utmost importance to the company.</p> <p> </p> <p>As a company, we take pride in resolving disputes and promise complete customer satisfaction, and requested the complainant to escalate any future disputes that might arise to a Managerial Level.</p> <p> </p> <p>After a telephonic conversation with the complainant, she was pleased that we responded positively and promised to continue doing business with Royce Imaging Industries.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p> <p>Royce Imaging Management Team</p>

<p>On the 12th of May 2016 Royce Imaging Industries delivered our toner as we started using it became defective and started drawing lines all over the page. We contacted the supplier and Sue Chandomba the Dealer Sales Supervisor she said we can send the toner back with a test page and they will test it and if its faulty they would exchange it. On the 21st of June 2016 at 10:41 Sue phones us saying the tones isn’t their product and its not in its original packaging. As we explained they delivered the package to us there must be a mistake on their side or with their driver she hung up on us. Very unprofessional, she doesn’t have the ability to solve a problem in a calm manner. Absolutely no supervising or managing s****s. I would never recommend Royce Imaging Industries to anyone.</p>
