DON'T USE BOLT, LIVES DONT MATTER TO THEM.
THIS IS A DUMBASS APP BECAUSE THE DRIVERS ARE INCOMPETENT AND SO ARE THE PEOPLE SITTING AT THE HELP DESK THEY HELP YOU WITH ****** ALL. WHEN YOU SEND IN A COMPLAINT THEY SAY "OOH SOO SAD TO HEAR AND SHAME INDIRECTLY". THEY SAY THAT THEY WILL DEAL WITH THE DRIVERS "AND PLEASE CONTACT US AGAIN IF YOU NEED ANYTHING", THEY DONT GIVE YOU YOUR REFUND BACK FOR THE DRIVER ALMOST KILLING YOU AND NEITHER DO THEY TAKE COGNIZANCE THAT YOU COULD HAVE BEEN DEAD AFTER SUCH A BAD RIDE, WHILE RAINING THE DRIVER LEAVES THE WINDOWS WIDE OPEN. SOMEBODY SHOULD CLOSE BOLT DOWN FOR GOOD. SOMEBODY NEED TO COLSE DOWN THIS APP. IT HAS NO PURPOSE WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ITS SO HARD TO GET AHOLD OF A MANAGER OR SOMEONE TO REPORT ANYTHING TO. ITS AS IF WE TALKING TO AN AUTOMATIC ANSWERING EMAIL RESPONDER.

Disgusting service, Poor ethics and morals.
This is one disgusting and revolting company... reason being is their products they sell is ****ing cheap quality even if you request for a OVM they want to sell you their **** remanufactured ****, and they do not know how to treat their STAFF... I know Selvan Naidoo and the CEO Mr Nad... the head of this company which I think is Selvan currently is running this company to the ****ing ground.

Alasanti Body Sense--- Disgusting service and waste of Money
This place I had visited yesterday and they had a special advertised on the window, so I had walked in and inquired about the special and the lady said no sorry that's an old special I cant give you that price. So I had taken the normal pricing after being misled which was R250 for my hands and R150 for my feet to get a set of nails done and gelish toes. The service was pathetic they took one of my nail tools I had brought along with me and lost it and still charged me the entire price for hands and feet. My finger nails I had done acrylic horrible horrible horrible i was real not feeling well yesterday so they took advantage of that and rushed with my hands. The acrylic is thick and horrible and bumpy and the ladies there did not want to give me my nail tool they took from me back. I wish I could have know what horrible service these people provide and I would have went somewhere else... now my hands look fake... **** ****
