RPM Nightmare
DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THIS ****A SHOP!!! I have been in a battle with this ****a since last year for a simple plumbing issue that they are unable to fix till this day. I kept on sending them messages all for nothing. They know about this matter but their disinterest in this matter is a worry. Now my bathroom fills with water from a leakage in the wall and till this day I haven't heard a word from them To say their workmanship is horrible is an understatement its **********, terrible and they shouldn't be building houses!!!. Their workers are far from skilled, their so called plumbers and electricians have no qualifications whatsoever, they took another Joe from the street to do the work. Do not take your hard earned money to buy a house from them you will regret it.

Bad service
My wall is collapsing because Rpm housing plumber didn't compact after digging when they were installing sewage pipes from house to the mainhole outside yard. Now they don't wanna take the responsibility and busy duck n diving they don't wanna fix my wall, They lied to me and whole community that area is an estate and even their previous adverts said area is estate and changed last year to surbub after we complain. I moved in July 2021. They hire illegal foreigners without qualifications. Plastic covering roof torn, ceiling is a mess, floor tiles is worse.

great service and excellent quality - RPM (Roxanne and Vicki)
I would like to share my appreciation for the best service and excellent final product that RPM has built for us. Thank you especially to Roxanne and Vicki who have been holding our hand from the beginning. The project was very stressful and require a lot of mental focus, financial strength and patience. However the 2 ladies were always there every step of the way, alleviating the anxiety and stress. They are ever so understanding of unforeseen circumstances. We have a beautiful home built from scratch with our own unique finishes, at a beautiful secure estate in Mackenzie Palms estate. Thank you very much Ladies for a job well done.☺

I would like to share my appreciation in doing business with RPM Housing, in particular Vicki and Roxanne, these team members have been great in holding my hand in assisting me in my applicaton of my house at Eastwood Manor estate, Daggafonteion. They assisted me from the application process and throughout the construction stages, BIG UP VICKI AND ROXANNE. Keep up the good work. I would recommend anyone who would like to buy new property to do it through Vicki and Roxanne.
