I would like to share my appreciation for the best service and excellent final product that RPM has built for us. Thank you especially to Roxanne and Vicki who have been holding our hand from the beginning. The project was very stressful and require a lot of mental focus, financial strength and patience. However the 2 ladies were always there every step of the way, alleviating the anxiety and stress. They are ever so understanding of unforeseen circumstances. We have a beautiful home built from scratch with our own unique finishes, at a beautiful secure estate in Mackenzie Palms estate. Thank you very much Ladies for a job well done.☺
I was invited for a focus group at KLA marketing research on 16/08/2022 to give my opinion and insights about the Woolworths brand , I left work early to attend the discussion at 17:00. Upon arrival the receptionist requested for my ID to scan which she did then informed me that I had attended a focus group 5 months 2 weeks ago. She then informed me she will request for a for a release from her superiors. We then proceeded to a room where the focus group commenced at 17:05. The group was facilitated by a woman( Busi) and ended at 19:00. We were then informed that the incentives would be paid in the next 48hours. Today date 17/08/2022 I received an email informing me that I had attended a focus group a week ago which I didn't and apparently the facilitator claims that she had interviewed me a week ago which is a lie. If they felt that didn't meet the criteria was was I not informed when I arrived also they had phoned me during the day why was I not declined to attend because of not meeting their criteria. I had to drive all the way using my petrol, then participate in the discussion using my opinions and feedback, just to me informed the following day that I will not be paid due to not meeting their "screening criteria". Please make this make sense. Why do you use people?

/ I paid my RCS builders account cash at Southgate branch on the 27/06/2022, to date my payment has not been allocated, I sent through the POP on the 29/06/2022 and have been phoning daily trying to fasttrack the process, but have failed. We are now in week 2, their statement run is on the 12th day of every month meaning my name will be listed with an adverse note on credit bureaus. To prevent this I had to use my credit card to make another payment on their mobile app which reflected immediately. I am so frustrated because it seems my initial payment went down the drain, their finance team doesn't respond even after the customer service department has been escalating this over a week. I regret ever taking credit with RCS, they are a pain to deal with.
I bought a voucher on Hyperli for my birthday for horse riding at Riverside stables. I was dealing with Megan from the stables. I couldn't ride on my birthday because it was raining. She advised that we should reschedule and that she was confirm the date and time available. I called and wassaped her the whole week she was just ignoring my calls that is until I used my daughter's number on Friday at 8 in the evening. She told me we should come at 11am to on the 23rd to ride. At 10:30 she sent a message on my daughter's phone saying we have forfeited the ride. We were supposed to be there 3p minutes before. Not evn once did she communicate this to me except that she was ignoring my calls. So a whole R 710 is forfeited. The worst decision ever.
I bought a voucher on hyperli for my birthday. I dealt with a lady by the name of Megan. I couldn't ride on my birthday and the day after because it was raining. On the Monday she tolde I can't ride because the horses will slip because of the wet grounds. We agreed she would postpone and advise on the time to come. She ignored my calls the whole week. She only picked up the phone on Friday 8pm after I decided to use my daughter's phone. She confirmed the time for Saturday at 11 am. While on on way there at 10:30 am she messaged me to tell me I have forfeited the voucher because I was supposed to be there 30 minutes before which was never communicated to me nor was it stipulated on hyperli's website. The lady is very rude and a fraud. I want my refund..
An online purchase payment went off my account today, what's worse is I do not have a contract with Rain. When I phone they confirmed I don't have a contract and that they will investigate. Imagine a whole R1400 for something I dnt know and I must be patient while you figure out why u used my card details. RAIN PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY
