I saw a horse riding deal on hyperly for my birthday celebration in April, Ill called Meghan before buying this deal so that i can secure the space for the 10th, she told me to pay to her directly instead of buying the voucher and i did pay for 4 people. on my birthday she sent me a text saying its rain its slippery for the horses and asked me to set another date which i did, and when we have to go on that date she said the horses are badly injured and sent me pics, which i sympathized with her and postponed the date. a month later i called to arrange another day she confirmed that there was space but only at 3pm. Cool, I was ok with that. She asked me if we can again postpone coz her husband was hospitalised, which again i understood. Days went by with her telling me story after story without giving mean alternative option, then i finally asked for my refund since she could not deliver. She ended up not replying to my messages. Meghan took my money without delivering the service without even showing remorse.I reported her to hyperli they could not do much as I had paid her directly. Iv been calling her she blocked my numbers and other numbers iv been calling her with.....****** ****MER I WANT MY MONEY!!!!!!PLEASE HELP this is her number 0796074969 Meghan Please stay away from this business. . On the eve of my birthday I signed up with hyperli and looked for a horseriding. I came across Riverside Stable and before I could make payment I contacted them to find out if there is any availability for the following day which was my birthday for horse riding. I dealt with the lady by the name of Meghan, she confirmed that there was space but only after 15hrs. Cool, I was ok with that and she told me to pay her directly. I made payment and sent her proof of payment. The following day which was my birthday she sent me a text saying she had an emergency and my insticts told me there and then that something was fishy. I any way gave her the benefit of the doubt and sympathised with her. She asked me to postpone the ride to the next day . I told her that the arrangement was for my birthday thats why I checked with her before I could make payments. Days went by with her telling me story after story without giving mean alternative option ,three days later I said to her let me rather have the refund since she could not deliver. She ended up not replying to my messages. Meghan is not proffessional, she is a scam, she took my money without delivering the service without even showing remorse. Just like how she scamed the other lady who also reviewed her on hellopeter. I reported her to hyperli they could not do much as I had paid her directly. I have seen a review on her only after she took my money and realized that had I continued with this she would have forfeited my money exactly as she had done to the other lady whom she told about 30 minutes arrival which she never mentioned that to her before. Please stay away from this business. Bad news Ever. Meghan is a scam.

I bought a voucher on Hyperli for my birthday for horse riding at Riverside stables. I was dealing with Megan from the stables. I couldn't ride on my birthday because it was raining. She advised that we should reschedule and that she was confirm the date and time available. I called and wassaped her the whole week she was just ignoring my calls that is until I used my daughter's number on Friday at 8 in the evening. She told me we should come at 11am to on the 23rd to ride. At 10:30 she sent a message on my daughter's phone saying we have forfeited the ride. We were supposed to be there 3p minutes before. Not evn once did she communicate this to me except that she was ignoring my calls. So a whole R 710 is forfeited. The worst decision ever.

She only picked up the phone on Friday 8pm after I decided to use my daughter's phone. She confirmed the time for Saturday at 11 am. While on on way there at 10:30 am she messaged me to tell me I have forfeited the voucher because I was supposed to be there 30 minutes before which was never communicated to me nor was it stipulated on hyperli's website. The lady is very rude and a fraud. I want my refund..
