What started as a couple of weeks lead time for an order placed on 06/06/23 has now turned to months, with no real commitment, only estimates for the end of November (28). We were left to follow up ourselves when the delivery dates weren't met, only to get a generic "Sorry" reply with a new ETA. I wrote a reply expressing my concern to Expediting.ZA@rs.rsgroup.com, website.za@rs-components.com, and sales.za@rs-components.com without as much as an acknowledgement, and that was 15 days ago.
