Rectification of Accounts
I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I've received from RS Debt Force. Despite multiple requests for updates on my accounts, I haven't received any meaningful feedback. Specifically:
- I've overpaid on my vehicle account and Macro account, but I haven't received any feedback or credit for the overpayments. - A court order from 2019 was only corrected in 2024, and some of my accounts still haven't been rectified accordingly.
I find it frustrating that I constantly have to request feedback and updates on my accounts. I feel that my concerns are not being adequately addressed.
I urge you to review the handling of my accounts and ensure that all necessary corrections are made in accordance with the court order.
Before considering RS Debt Force for any services, I would advise others to think carefully , given the issues I've encounter
