Worst company ever. Under debt review and still have written off account at Standard bank on my name after paying them every month. No feedback. Biggest mistake of my life
Failure to Adhere to Court Order I want to express my extreme dissatisfaction and concern regarding RCS - MAKRO's handling of my debt review matter. Despite a court order granted in 2024 instructing all creditors, including RCS / MAKRO, to work according to the acceptance letters granted at the beginning of my debt review (which began in 2019), RCS / MAKRO has ignored communications from me via email and phone regarding this matter. This failure to adhere to a court order is unacceptable and has caused significant issues with the resolution of my debt review. I have been attempting to resolve this matter amicably since the court order was granted, but RCS - MAKRO's lack of compliance has hindered progress. Furthermore, RCS (Makro) owes me more than R15k, and I have been ignored in this regard. I urge you to review RCS (Makro)'s handling of my account and ensure compliance with the court order. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others not to use RCS (Makro)'s services as it appears they prioritize financial gain over customer care and compliance with legal directives.

Despite a court order granted in 2024 instructing all creditors, including Absa, to work according to the acceptance letters granted at the beginning of my debt review (which began in 2019), the vehicle department of Absa Bank has ignored communications from me via email and phone. This failure to adhere to a court order is unacceptable and has caused significant issues with the resolution of my debt review. Inadequate updates and Feedback seeking contact details of CEO or MD. Rectification of Accounts I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I've received from RS Debt Force. Despite multiple requests for updates on my accounts, I haven't received any meaningful feedback. Specifically: - I've overpaid on my vehicle account and Macro account, but I haven't received any feedback or credit for the overpayments. - A court order from 2019 was only corrected in 2024, and some of my accounts still haven't been rectified accordingly. I find it frustrating that I constantly have to request feedback and updates on my accounts. I feel that my concerns are not being adequately addressed. I urge you to review the handling of my accounts and ensure that all necessary corrections are made in accordance with the court order. Before considering RS Debt Force for any services, I would advise others to think carefully , given the issues I've encounter
No assistance. No support. Doesn't even care about their customers. I need help and you turn your backs. Paid my debts since 2019 and still owes you more than what I started with.
They don't have any legal documentation and they just deduct money. They not even willing to give me the office phone numbers
No feedback Account balance bigger than when I started in 2019 Request assistance, emailed, left messages. I can't do this anymore!
