BAD SERVICE

This I the worst company i have ever had an encounter with. I have cacelled the product before it started and I received no communication cation from them. I had to make contact with them telephonically and they promised to do the refund and get back to me.they have not once on their own thought to give me I sight on my cancellation am thy still deducted my money. I asked for a refund and it has been two weeks of being.g reviewed with a lack of communication once more. I have emailed them thre times a day with no response and when the manager response its only to say they will let me k ow. I am utterly disgusting by such a company and I just want my money back
